Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Rigox ("the Service"), operated by Kshitiz Sharma, a sole proprietorship registered in India under MSME (Udyam). By creating an account or paying for a plan, you accept these Terms.

Rigox lets you create AI-powered chatbots that answer your customers' questions across web, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Specific features depend on the plan you select; published quotas, channels, and message caps are part of these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Provide accurate signup information. You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials.
• One person or business per account. Sharing accounts to bypass plan limits violates these Terms.

You may not use Rigox to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or any communication that violates the recipients' consent or local law (TCPA, GDPR, India's DPDP Act, etc.).
• Operate adult content, gambling, or illegal goods/services chatbots.
• Generate misleading content, impersonate a real person, or practise unlicensed medical, legal, or financial advice.
• Scrape websites you don't own or have permission to crawl.
• Reverse-engineer the Service, attempt to extract our system prompts, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure with us.
• Resell raw API access without prior written agreement.

We may suspend accounts violating these rules with no refund and no notice when abuse is in progress. We'll always tell you why and give you a chance to export your data.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay, starting at the end of your 7-day free trial unless you cancel.
• Prices are in INR and exclusive of GST. We'll charge GST if the law requires it.
• Plan limits are enforced server-side. Exceeding them returns HTTP 402 from our APIs and pauses outgoing messages until you upgrade.
• You can cancel any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You own everything you upload (knowledge documents, bot prompts, conversation transcripts). You grant us a worldwide, royalty- free licence to host, process, and transmit it solely to operate the Service for you.

The Service uses third-party language models (currently OpenAI gpt-4o-mini). Outputs are probabilistic and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated replies before relying on them, especially in regulated contexts (medical, legal, financial). We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

We aim for 99% monthly uptime but do not commit to a contractual SLA on Starter plans. Growth and Enterprise plans may include a written SLA in a separate agreement. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via email.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigox's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months immediately before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or goodwill loss.

You agree to indemnify Rigox against claims arising from your content, your use of AI outputs, or your breach of these Terms.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We will delete your account, bots, knowledge, conversations, and leads within 30 days of termination unless we're required by law to keep them longer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

We may update these Terms with at least 14 days' notice by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
