Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial
Every new account starts on a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. You can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. You will not be charged again.
Refund eligibility
- First paid month: If you cancel within 7 calendar days of your first paid month and have used fewer than 50 messages, you are eligible for a full refund. Email rigoxlabs@gmail.com with your registered email and we'll process it within 7 working days.
- Subsequent months:Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Cancelling prevents future charges but doesn't refund the current period.
- Service outage:If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault (excluding announced maintenance and your customer's misconfiguration), we will pro-rate that downtime as a credit on your next bill. Open a ticket within 7 days to claim it.
- Wrongful charge:If you were billed in error (duplicate charge, charged after cancellation, etc.), email us and we'll refund within 7 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (the card or UPI account used to pay). Bank settlement time is typically 5-7 working days after we trigger the refund; this is controlled by your bank, not us. We will email you the Razorpay refund reference once the refund is queued.
Non-refundable
- Custom integrations or onboarding fees on Enterprise plans (these are quoted separately and listed as non-refundable in the agreement).
- Charges resulting from your own misuse — e.g. you hit the monthly message cap because of an unintended chatbot loop on your site.
- Annual plans paid in advance — refundable only on a pro-rated basis for unused full months.

Email rigoxlabs@gmail.com from the address registered on your Rigox account, with subject line "Refund request — <your account email>", and a brief reason. We acknowledge within 1 working day and act within 7.
